has over 4000 employees with multifaceted activities in textiles such as spinning, dyeing, garmenting, etc. He is the Chairman for Menaka Cotton Mills at Andipatti which has over 650 employees and is a pioneer exporter of Polar Fleece fabrics, socks, air-line blankets etc.
Bipin Khimasia is currently the President & CEO of Sigma Capital Management Group Inc.,
a private merchant bank established in Canada since 1984. Sigma controls five manufacturing businesses in North and South America in the field of plastics and geo-textiles. He is an undergraduate from Syracuse University and obtained his post graduate from the University of Southern California.
Vijay Ayyappan holds a B.Tech. graduate from Anna University, Chennai, with a master’s degree in business administration from University of Southern Mississippi, USA. Ayyappan is the co-founder and Director of RPL and has over 14 years’ experience in the area of marketing and manufacturing services both in India and the USA.
